We also represent individuals who are re-applicants and want their licenses restored. If you receive notification from the Department that you have been denied licensure or denied restoration, you need to contact Bell Law, LLC and learn about your options.
If we find that you were wrongfully denied your license or restoration of license, we will file a Petition for Hearing and get your matter heard before the Department. The parties may agree to a consent order. Otherwise, the matter will be heard by an Administrative Law Judge and professional board at an evidentiary hearing, with the final decision made by the Director of the Department.
